Civil Litigation
Breza Law represents clients in adversarial proceedings with professionalism and civility. Our clients work with us for our ability to balance their needs while strategizing to achieve the best possible outcome.
At Breza Law, we understand that civil litigation can be challenging and stressful for clients. Plaintiffs and defendants in civil proceedings face many of the same challenges. Our firm philosophy is to negotiate first and try and resolve issues outside of the courtroom. We do this by helping clients evaluate the time, expense, and energy needed to litigate a case, always with a deep understanding of the difficulties they may be facing.

Understanding the Process
In situations involving eminent domain, commonly known as condemnation, property owners have a constitutional right to receive “just compensation.” This encompasses the fair market value of any property taken for public use and compensation for any decrease in value affecting property not taken. Just compensation is frequently a subject of dispute with the condemning authority. Property owners need skilled and experienced eminent domain attorneys to ensure their interests are well-represented and to fight for their losses.
