BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer M. Brennan focuses her practice on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate matters, private equity placements, and advising businesses and business owners with the perspective of an insider.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jennifer had a career in management consulting and direct business leadership, working with organizations ranging from start-ups to large international corporations. She brings that hands-on operational experience and market insight to her legal practice, helping clients align their business strategies, succession planning, and estate planning with their broader professional and personal goals.
Jennifer serves as a strategic advisor to business owners and companies at every stage of the business lifecycle from formation and growth through ownership transitions and exit strategies. She advises on governance and compliance, commercial leasing, contracts, and mergers, acquisitions, and business divorces, and she counsels business owners on succession and sophisticated estate planning designed to protect both their companies and their families. She also serves as outside counsel to in-house legal departments on transactions and complex business matters.
Jennifer is committed to providing practical, business-minded guidance and works closely with clients to develop solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term success.
