biography
Elizabeth Green joined Breza Law in 2023. She advises on estate planning, working closely with clients to prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and trusts. She speaks regularly on estate planning, tax strategies, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning. In addition, Ms. Green assists clients with unique issues surrounding disabled and elderly family members, deceased family members or close friends, and business owners with succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day concerns. Ms. Green received her Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School. She served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert I. H. Hammerman, then Chief Judge of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
