Before joining Breza Law, Alan co-founded a Baltimore-based law firm, where he spent over two decades advising businesses on high-stakes transactions, litigation, and day-to-day legal matters.  Before that, Alan was associated with a premier business firm where he developed a broad practice working with clients in a wide array of industries and professions.
